Project Overview
Located in Chicagoland, Chez Hotel’s rooftop patio provides a unique destination for dining, private events, and celebrations. Like many rooftop hospitality spaces, the patio offered beautiful views but was limited by Chicago’s changing weather.
Cold winters, rain, and strong winds often restricted when the rooftop could be used, making it difficult to host events year-round.
Cabrio Solution
Cabrio Structures installed a custom enclosure system designed to transform the rooftop patio into an all-season hospitality space.
