Project Overview
Located in the heart of Blue Mountain Village in Ontario, this restaurant serves visitors year-round at one of Canada’s most popular resort destinations. Surrounded by ski hills, hiking trails, beaches, shops, and restaurants, the village attracts a steady flow of tourists looking for food and drinks after a day of outdoor activities.
Despite the restaurant’s prime location, its outdoor patio was limited by unpredictable mountain weather. Rain, wind, and cold temperatures often prevented guests from enjoying the patio, leaving valuable seating unused during busy periods.
To maximize the potential of this space, the restaurant needed a solution that would protect guests from the elements while preserving the open, outdoor feel that makes patio dining so appealing in a resort environment.
Cabrio Solution
Cabrio Structures designed and installed a custom commercial patio enclosure that allows the restaurant to operate its patio comfortably in any season.

The full-length bi-fold door system allows the walls to open completely during warm summer months, creating a fully open patio. In colder weather, the enclosure can be closed to create a warm, protected dining space.
