By Brenda Wade Schmidt<\/strong><\/p>\n A Sioux Falls Brazilian restaurant is adding seating by installing a removable glass enclosure<\/strong><\/a> over its patio.<\/p>\n Todd Burns, general manager of Carnaval Brazilian Grill at 2401 S. Carolyn Ave., said the glass walls<\/strong><\/a> and roof<\/strong><\/a>, called a Cabreeze, will add four-season outside dining at the restaurant, which is known for its unique experiences, including live music and wait staff bringing meat to tables on skewers.<\/p>\n \u201cThink about sitting out on the patio in a snowstorm in December,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n Diners will be warm but have the opportunity to feel that they are part of the outdoors. In nice weather the enclosure, which should be installed by early October, will be open.<\/p>\n The next closest example of the Cabreeze is at McGovern\u2019s Pub in St. Paul, Burns said.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s extremely interesting.
