The company said there are 20 Cabreeze structures throughout the U.S.<\/p>\n<p>Today, Cimino\u2019s, 421 Challenge St., celebrated the $100,000 addition with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Dozens showed up to see the new atrium which can seat 80.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat\u2019s what I wanted to do \u2014 bring some excitement to the air,\u201d said Sam Cimino, restaurant manager. \u201cSometimes people forget Cimino\u2019s is out here, but this is what I wanted to say \u2014 \u2018Hey, don\u2019t forget about us\u2019 \u2014 and just bring something new to Freeport.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The expansion will serve as a banquet room to accommodate parties, wedding receptions and larger dining crowds.<\/p>\n<p>It will soon feature heating and air conditioning for when weather doesn\u2019t permit the roof and walls to be open. The restaurant plans to utilize the area year-round.
